Joss Stone attended the Swarovski Fashion Rocks concert in London, England. That outift and hair looks a mess! The dress looks very cheap and tacky, the color is hideous, and the shoes looke very cheap as well. The hair color clashes with the color of the dress and middle of her hair is a different color than the front and the back!
